Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 2 June 2026

We want RestroLegal to be worth it. This explains cancellations, renewals and refunds for your subscription.

1. Free trial

Eligible accounts can try RestroLegal free during the trial period. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your selected plan begins billing when the trial ends.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

3. Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Because access is delivered immediately, monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except as described in section 5 or where required by law.

4. Yearly plans

Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused full months if you cancel within the first 14 days and have not made significant use of paid AI features. After 14 days, yearly fees are non-refundable but your access continues until the term ends.

5. Billing errors

If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a timely cancellation — contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Contact

For any cancellation or refund request, email [email protected] from your registered email with your restaurant name. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
